4-year-old boy missing from Birmingham elementary school found safe
The child was last seen at 2:40 p.m. Monday inside Oxmoor Valley Elementary School on Sydney Drive.

Great news out of Birmingham tonight: 4-year-old Anthoney Marshall has been located and is safe.
The Search
Earlier on Monday, Birmingham police had issued a Critical Missing Alert to assist in the search for the young boy. Anthoney was last seen at 2:40 p.m. inside Oxmoor Valley Elementary School, located on Sydney Drive.
Description
Officer De’Rell Freeman provided a description during the search, noting that Anthoney is 3-feet tall and weighs 40 pounds. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a blue Nike shirt paired with black bottoms and black shoes.
