Huntsville's dessert scene has lost a staple at Bridge Street Town Centre. Bite Me Cupcakery has officially closed its doors, marking the end of its run in the popular shopping district.

The bakery announced its departure via social media, confirming that Sunday, June 14, served as its final day of operations. In an official statement posted to Facebook, the business expressed its gratitude to the community: “After serving this community at Bridge Street Town Centre, we have made the decision to close our doors. To every guest who has walked through these doors, every team member who served you with care, and every neighbor who made this space feel like home – thank you. We are grateful for the time we spent here.”

Bite Me Cupcakery first opened its doors in 2025, occupying a 1,500-square-foot space located directly across from its sister location, Agave & Rye.
