Burlington Stores opening latest Alabama location next month
The first 100 customers the opening two days will receive a gift card.

Shoppers in Gadsden have a new destination to look forward to. Off-price retail giant Burlington is set to expand its Alabama footprint next month with the launch of its newest location.
Grand Opening Details
The store is scheduled to celebrate its grand opening on Friday, Sept. 4. Located at 324 East Meighan Blvd. within the Coosa Town Center, the shop brings a fresh retail experience to the area.
To mark the occasion, the first 100 customers (aged 18 and older) to visit on both Friday, Sept. 4, and Saturday, Sept. 5, will be gifted a $10 bonus card.
Store Features and Hours
Gadsden marks the 13th Burlington location in Alabama. The store will showcase the brand's latest design, which emphasizes an improved shopping environment featuring better signage and wider, more streamlined aisles.
Customers can plan their visits according to the following schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Friday – Saturday: 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
This opening is part of a massive growth phase for the company, which plans to launch 110 net new stores across the U.S. in 2026. According to the original report from AL.com, more than half of Burlington's existing fleet has already been transitioned to this updated layout, with full company-wide completion expected by the end of the year.
