172 new rent-to-own townhouses coming to north Alabama

North Alabama is gaining a major new residential addition. Trilogy Investment Company has officially wrapped up horizontal development at REV3 at The Celeste, a sprawling 172-unit build-to-rent townhome community situated in north Huntsville.
Preparing for Vertical Construction
With the lot development now complete, the site is primed for the next phase. Vertical construction is slated to kick off in early June 2026, transitioning the property from a prepared site into a full-scale residential community.
This project marks the second development for Trilogy’s build-to-rent opportunity zone fund, managed in partnership with Pinnacle Partners. The initiative is focused on addressing the demand for high-quality rental housing throughout the country's high-growth Sun Belt regions.

Trilogy Investment Company CEO Jason Joseph noted that Huntsville’s consistent population and job growth continue to fuel a strong appetite for new housing options. By advancing to the vertical build phase, the company aims to provide high-quality, flexible housing that aligns with the long-term needs of the region.

The project is being constructed by REV3 Homes, a division of Trilogy Investment Company that draws on over 125 years of residential construction experience. Located on Plummer Road, the community offers seamless access to Alabama 255 and sits in close proximity to major employment hubs, including Cummings Research Park. Additionally, residents will be just a short distance from popular local attractions like the Huntsville Botanical Garden and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
