The establishment, slated for 2008 Second Ave. N., received approval for its retail liquor license from Birmingham’s Public Safety Committee last week. While this marks significant progress, the business still requires final approval from the City Council at a future meeting before it can officially open its doors. An official opening date has not yet been announced.
