One of the chilliest mornings of the fall greeted many Alabamians on Saturday, with several locations hitting the freezing point overnight.
But the cold will start getting some pushback today as a warming trend gets going.
Temperatures overnight were mostly in the 30s across the state. Of the larger areas, one of the coldest was Haleyville with 29 degrees. And Mobile even dropped into the 30s with a low of 38 degrees.
