U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., joined in criticizing President Joe Biden Monday for his decision to pardon his son, Hunter Biden. Tuberville said it was Biden’s reversal on his promise, not the pardon, that bothered him.
“Well, I’ll put it this way: If it was my son, I’d pardon him, too. But here’s what I didn’t like: Don’t lie to us. Don’t tell us you’re not going to do it, and then do it. That’s not what a president should be like,” he said to reporters on Monday.
