For years you’ve seen college athletics administrators, conference commissioners, coaches and athletes in Washington D.C.

The economics of the industry and who’ll benefit financially from the cash windfall flowing are at stake.

So far, none of the photo ops, town halls or hearings produced a thing. Forget a White House signing ceremony; they’re still trying to get a bill to a vote in the halls of Congress.

The push and pull between the administrators and athletes for their respective piece of the pie, however, might be inching closer to resolution.
