Olympic icon Simone Biles recently shared a harrowing update, revealing she faced a major health scare this past week that she described as one of the scariest experiences of her life.

A Terrifying Ordeal

Biles took to social media to address the situation, noting that while she typically keeps her private life out of the public eye, this incident was too significant to ignore. In a post on Instagram, the gymnast shared, "I’m not one to normally share things like this because I value privacy in today’s age. But almost dying wasn’t on my bingo card earlier this week. This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life."

The gymnast noted that the situation was particularly difficult because her husband, Indianapolis Colts defensive back Jonathan Owens, was away in Indianapolis for practices at the time. Biles mentioned she has been resting in bed throughout the week and expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her close circle of friends for their support, flowers, and check-ins during her recovery.
