National fitness brand coming to Huntsville’s MidCity
There's a growing lineup of health and wellness offerings at MidCity.

Huntsville’s MidCity District is bolstering its health and wellness footprint with a major addition. The national fitness brand barre3 is set to open its doors in the development late this summer.
The new studio will be located at 900 Mid City Drive NW, Unit C, situated right next to Franklin Spice Works.
A Balanced Approach to Fitness
Known for a signature low-impact, full-body workout, barre3 integrates strength training, cardio, Pilates, and mindfulness. The program is intentionally designed to meet clients where they are, focusing on mobility, strength, and a deeper connection to the body through breath work and mindful movement.
According to a release from the district, the studio rejects a one-size-fits-all approach. Every session provides modifications and options, empowering clients to personalize their movements based on what feels sustainable and supportive for their bodies that day. The philosophy centers on body awareness and self-trust rather than reaching for perfection.
