Partnership Acquires Birmingham's The Cookie Place, Plans Expansion
A dining franchise partnership has acquired The Cookie Place, a franchisee operating over 60 Great American Cookie locations.
A dining franchise partnership has acquired The Cookie Place, a franchisee operating over 60 Great American Cookie locations.
The terms of the deal with Front Range Holdings were not disclosed.
The Cookie Place started as a franchisee in 1983 with its first store in Birmingham.
Front Range Holdings announced plans to expand the product lineup and explore new locations for growth. Current staff will remain with the company.
Wyatt Batchelor, a Birmingham native and alumnus of Pizitz Middle and Vestavia High School, is the co-founder and partner of MBN Brands, which owns Front Range Holdings.
