$7 million plus med-spa center coming to Homewood by 2027
The facility will house Vitalogy Wellness Center & Med-Spa, an existing practice that emphasizes holistic and patient-centered care.
Homewood is getting a major upgrade in wellness services as construction kicks off on a brand-new, three-story medical facility. This development, valued at over $7 million, is set to become a hub for elevated health and patient-centered care in the heart of the community.
A New Home for Vitalogy
The project will replace the current Metcalf Realty building located at 2714 20th Street South. Once completed, the site will house the Vitalogy Wellness Center & Med-Spa, an established practice well-known for its focus on holistic and patient-centered care.
Project Details and Timeline
Birmingham’s Pylon Building Group is spearheading the construction alongside developers Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC. Beyond serving as the new home for Vitalogy, the facility is designed to provide additional professional space for other medical tenants looking to establish a presence in Homewood.
Dr. Farah Sultan of Vitalogy Wellness Center & Med-Spa previously shared with ABC 33/40 that the center began as a vision to redefine wellness, growing into a destination focused on longevity and beauty.
