Blue Bell celebrating America’s 250th birthday with return of patriotic ice cream flavor
It's available in the half gallon, but only for a limited time.
Blue Bell is getting into the spirit of America’s 250th birthday by bringing back a fan-favorite flavor that has been missing from freezer aisles for nearly a decade.
A Patriotic Return
Starting today, Red, White & Blue Bell Ice Cream is back in stock. The festive flavor, which was first introduced in 2014 but has not been available since 2017, features a blend of vanilla and blueberry-flavored ice creams packed with strawberries and real blueberries.
The treat is currently available in half-gallon cartons, but fans should act fast as it will only be available for a limited time.
Perfect for Summer
"This season is filled with barbecues, Fourth of July parties, and sunny days by the pool. Red, White & Blue Bell Ice Cream is a delicious treat for all those fun occasions," said Carl Breed, Blue Bell vice president of sales and marketing.
Blue Bell, which operates a factory in Sylacauga, has been busy in 2026. The company recently released Black Raspberry Fudge and the Brookie À La Mode. Earlier this year, the brand also debuted a new pint-sized protein line and launched Honey Vanilla alongside the return of Java Jolt.
