Danny Go! star’s son dead at 14: ‘Pain in my heart is far more than I can process’

Daniel Coleman, the creative force behind the hit children’s YouTube channel Danny Go!, has shared the heartbreaking news of the passing of his 14-year-old son, Isaac.

A Difficult Loss

In a poignant social media update, Coleman announced that Isaac passed away on Thursday following a courageous battle with stage 3 mouth cancer. Posting in tribute to his son, who lived from October 3, 2011, to May 21, 2026, Coleman expressed the depth of his grief and his profound love.

“Oh my sweet boy. There’s so much I want to say, but I don’t know how yet. I already miss you so much, and the pain in my heart is far more than I can process,” Coleman wrote. “But looking through thousands of pictures and videos this past week, I’m also filled with tremendous pride.”

Celebrating a Life of Grit

Coleman praised his son’s resilience throughout his short life, highlighting the determination and spirit Isaac maintained despite the immense challenges he faced. “Your 14 years were full of so many challenges, but you met them all with such grit…and you somehow kept your trademark joy in spite of it all,” his father shared. “You truly had a spark like no other, Isaac! Being your dad was the honor of a lifetime. I’m so proud of you and I love you forever. Rest peacefully, son.”

Looking Back

Coleman first informed his community about Isaac’s diagnosis in December 2025 via Instagram. At that time, the entertainer explained that the diagnosis was a difficult but expected development due to Isaac’s condition, Fanconi anemia. 205focus.com continues to keep the Coleman family in our thoughts during this difficult time.
