Nail spa now open in development near Joe Davis Stadium.
Huntsville’s retail landscape continues to evolve as Stadium Commons officially kicks off construction on its second phase. The announcement, provided by Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate, signals significant momentum for the 18-acre mixed-use project located on the city’s southeast side.
New Openings and Retail Growth
VSL Nail Spa is the latest business to join the lineup at the development near Joe Davis Stadium. It arrives as a stylish addition to an already impressive tenant roster that includes Free People, FP Movement, Ferren Boutique, and the highly anticipated Hattie B’s Hot Chicken.
Vision and Future Expansion
"We’re excited to see continued momentum at Stadium Commons with these incredible brands now open to the public," said Wesley Crunkleton, principal at Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate. "Free People, FP Movement, and Ferren Boutique each bring a distinct point of view that aligns with our vision for the project. Breaking ground on phase two marks another major step toward delivering this dynamic, community-centered destination for Huntsville."
The project, located at 3312 S Memorial Parkway, spans 18 acres and features a central plaza designed for events and community programming. Future visitors can also look forward to the upcoming opening of Juniper’s, a New American restaurant concept from Power Brands Hospitality Group. Upon its total completion, the site will boast over 200,000 square feet of commercial space, anchored by a 145-room Hyatt Place hotel.
