One man dead after altercation between neighbors in south Alabama, police say
The victim was taken to a local hospital in south Alabama but died from his injuries, the Mobile Police Department said.

A dispute between neighbors in south Alabama turned fatal this past weekend, according to reports from the Mobile Police Department. Investigators are currently working to determine the circumstances surrounding the deadly confrontation.
Investigation Underway on Bonnie Lane
Mobile police were dispatched to the 600 block of Bonnie Lane on Saturday following reports of an altercation. When officers arrived on the scene at approximately 8:30 p.m., they discovered an unresponsive man lying in a driveway.
The victim was immediately transported to a nearby medical facility for emergency treatment, but he was later pronounced dead. Authorities confirmed that the individual suffered fatal injuries during a physical struggle that occurred after he arrived at a neighbor’s home.
Status of the Case
The Mobile Police Department has officially turned the investigation over to the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office for further review.
