The 54-year-old music mogul faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and facilitating prostitution, accused of running a "racketeering conspiracy" involving widespread abuse. According to the indictment, Diddy and his staff recruited women and sex workers, often transporting them across state lines for these "freak offs"—sexual performances he directed and sometimes recorded. Controlled substances were reportedly provided to keep the women "obedient and compliant."
The raids uncovered narcotics, including ketamine and ecstasy, over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, and three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers.
The indictment also alleges that Diddy used the recorded footage to intimidate victims into staying silent.
