The entertainment world is mourning the loss of Owain Rhys Davies, the actor best known for his role as FBI Agent Wilson in the 2017 revival of Twin Peaks: The Return. Davies has passed away at the age of 44.

The news was first reported by The BBC. Following the announcement, the actor's brother, Rhodri Davies, took to social media to share a heartfelt statement regarding the tragedy.
"It is with profound sadness that my father and I share the news that my brother, Owain, has passed away," Rhodri wrote. "This news will come as a great shock to many. While there are still questions that remain unanswered regarding the circumstances of his death, our understanding at this stage is that Owain passed suddenly, naturally and peacefully."

Beyond his work in Twin Peaks and his appearance in The OA, Davies is being remembered for the profound personal connections he built throughout his life.
