Founded in 2013 in Clearwater, Florida, the brand was built on the mission of revitalizing the traditional neighborhood butcher shop experience. Today, the chain is rapidly expanding, with a goal to operate 26 locations across 15 states by the conclusion of 2026. Currently, they boast a presence in 11 states.
