Alabama woman dies after being struck by car in roadway
An Oakman pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene after being hit by a car early Saturday morning.
A tragic accident claimed the life of a Walker County woman early Saturday morning after she was struck by a vehicle while in the roadway.
Incident Details
The victim was identified by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency as 33-year-old Jaimee L. Tubbs of Oakman. Authorities confirmed that Tubbs was hit by a 2013 Honda Civic and was unfortunately pronounced dead at the scene.

The fatal collision took place on Alabama 69, approximately three miles north of Oakman, around 1:20 a.m. on Saturday.
