Birmingham contractor begins work on luxury Orlando apartment complex

Birmingham-based Capstone Building Corp. is officially breaking ground on a major new project in Florida. The firm has commenced construction on The Gateway, a sprawling luxury apartment complex located at 7250 Shadowridge Drive, situated in close proximity to the Orlando International Airport.

Project Scope and Design

Developed by JBL Development and designed by Baker Barrios Architects, The Gateway is slated for completion in late 2027. The massive project spans over 417,000 square feet and will deliver 270 high-end living units.
