Danny Go! star’s son dead at 14: ‘Pain in my heart is far more than I can process’
The YouTube star announced the news on social media.
Daniel Coleman, the creative force behind the popular YouTube brand Danny Go!, is mourning the loss of his 14-year-old son, Isaac. Coleman shared the heartbreaking news on social media, confirming that Isaac passed away on Thursday following a difficult battle with stage 3 mouth cancer.
A Heartfelt Tribute
In a deeply personal tribute, Coleman honored his son, who was born on October 3, 2011, and passed on May 21, 2026. “Oh my sweet boy. There’s so much I want to say, but I don’t know how yet,” Coleman wrote. “I already miss you so much, and the pain in my heart is far more than I can process. But looking through thousands of pictures and videos this past week, I’m also filled with tremendous pride.”
Coleman praised Isaac’s resilience, noting that despite the numerous challenges he faced throughout his 14 years, he consistently maintained a signature joy and spirit. “Your 14 years were full of so many challenges, but you met them all with such grit…and you somehow kept your trademark joy in spite of it all. You truly had a spark like no other, Isaac!” Coleman added. “Being your dad was the honor of a lifetime.”
Context of the Diagnosis
Coleman previously opened up about his son's health journey in an Instagram post from December 2025, where he first revealed the cancer diagnosis. At the time, Coleman explained that the diagnosis was linked to Fanconi anemia, noting, “We found out last week that Isaac has cancer in his mouth. TBH, we always knew this day was coming, as it’s a near certainty w/ Fanconi anemia.”
205focus.com continues to send condolences to the Coleman family during this incredibly difficult time.
