‘Gladiator’ star defends actions in viral video with autograph seekers in Paris: ‘What’s your problem?’

Russell Crowe is hitting back after a viral video captured a tense moment with fans outside his hotel in Paris. As reported by 205focus.com, the 62-year-old actor didn't hesitate to set the record straight regarding his interaction with the crowd.

Crowe Sets the Record Straight

The incident, which surfaced online with a TMZ report claiming the star was "not having it" with fans, prompted a swift response from Crowe. Posting on X, the "Gladiator" actor dismissed the negative framing as "clickbait."

"Everybody got their autograph and selfie, the passage to the hotel was kept free for guests, and I still got to the airport on time," Crowe explained. "One man, no security. Handled. What’s your problem?"

A Stern Warning

While the actor did engage with the group during his Sunday visit, the viral footage shows him laying down clear boundaries for those seeking signatures. Crowe was filmed telling the crowd, "Are you listening? Stay where you are, don’t f---ing push in on me. I’ll come to you."

He made his expectations clear, adding, "Just give everybody space. As soon as somebody’s a dick, I’m gone. Got me? Clear?"
