The controversy stems from a court filing last Friday, where Pirro’s office moved to drop charges against David Hearn. As noted by the Associated Press, Hearn was accused of damaging the reflecting pool shortly after its recent renovations for the nation’s 250th birthday celebration—a site that serves as a high-profile pet project for Trump.
