Auburn adds four-star offensive lineman to 2027 recruiting class
The Tigers added another blue-chip player to their 2027 recruiting class on Monday
The momentum for Auburn’s 2027 recruiting class continues to surge on the offensive line. On Monday, the Tigers secured a significant commitment from four-star interior offensive lineman Reed Ramsier, who officially announced his decision via social media.
Strengthening the Trenches
Ramsier is the fourth offensive lineman to join Auburn’s 2027 cycle, padding a group that already includes Layton Von Brandt, Jaylon Moore, and Rance Brown. The Orlando native ultimately chose the Tigers over Texas, canceling a scheduled visit to the Longhorns for the coming weekend.
Making an Impression on the Plains
Following an official visit to campus this past weekend, Ramsier described his experience on the Plains as “awesome.” He pointed to the genuine culture and atmosphere of the town as key factors in his recruitment.
“A lot of people say it feels like a family, but it truly is a family,” Ramsier noted. “I feel like the program is aligned from the top down. Everyone has the same common goal in mind. They want to win, but they want to have fun while they do it and love each other while they do it.”
National Profile
According to 247Sports, the Florida product is ranked as the No. 228 overall player nationally and the 12th-best interior offensive lineman in the country. Within Auburn’s current 2027 class, he stands as the second-highest ranked offensive lineman, trailing only Von Brandt.
With Ramsier now officially in the fold, 205focus.com can confirm that Auburn’s 2027 recruiting class has climbed to 15 total commitments.
