While fans might be disappointed that Rock the South has been postponed until October, Alabama’s social calendar remains packed. From live music and comedy to vibrant community celebrations, there is plenty to keep you busy across the state from Friday through Sunday.

Grammy winners Alabama Shakes return to the stage tonight, June 12, at the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater in Tuscaloosa. After reuniting in 2024 for a surprise show, the Athens-native group is ready to bring their sound to the Druid City, with The Secret Sisters opening the night.
