A significant cash reward is now being offered for information regarding the unsolved killing of 21-year-old Christopher Washington in Montgomery.

Christopher Washington was killed Sept. 28, 2025.
Montgomery police responded to the scene at 1 a.m. on that Sunday following reports of a shooting in the 2400 block of East South Boulevard, specifically outside of the Citi Trends store. Upon arrival, responding officers discovered three victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Washington was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Seeking Justice
As authorities continue the search for those responsible, Crime Stoppers announced on Friday that a $10,000 reward is available for information leading to a suspect and an arrest. The total amount is comprised of a $9,000 contribution from Washington's family and $1,000 provided by Crime Stoppers.
