172 new rent-to-own townhouses coming to north Alabama

North Alabama is set to welcome a massive new residential development as Trilogy Investment Company officially finishes the horizontal development phase for REV3 at The Celeste. This 172-unit build-to-rent townhome community in north Huntsville has reached a critical milestone, clearing the way for vertical construction to kick off in early June 2026.

Strategic Growth in North Huntsville

This project represents the second community launched under a partnership between Trilogy Investment Company and Pinnacle Partners. Focused on high-growth Sun Belt markets, the companies are using an opportunity zone fund to help address the rising demand for housing in the Huntsville area.

"Huntsville continues to demonstrate sustained job and population growth that is driving demand for new housing," said Jason Joseph, CEO and managing partner of Trilogy Investment Company. "With horizontal development complete at REV3 at The Celeste, we are positioned to move into vertical construction and deliver a community designed to meet the needs of residents seeking high-quality rental housing in a market with strong long-term fundamentals."

Luxury Rentals, Prime Location

Once finished, REV3 at The Celeste will offer 172 three-bedroom townhomes. Residents can expect open-concept floor plans, modern interior finishes, and the convenience of attached garages. The community is also slated to feature high-end amenities, including a resort-style pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, and various outdoor gathering spaces. Construction is being handled by REV3 Homes, which brings over 125 years of combined building experience to the project.

The site is strategically located on Plummer Road, giving residents easy access to Alabama 255 and proximity to key hubs like Cummings Research Park. The location also keeps residents close to local highlights such as the Huntsville Botanical Garden and the U.S. Space & Rocket Center.
