Growth continues at large Huntsville development, new restaurant coming this year
Nail spa now open in development near Joe Davis Stadium.
Huntsville’s growing landscape is seeing even more momentum near Joe Davis Stadium. Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate has officially announced that construction is underway for phase two of the expansive Stadium Commons development.
New Additions to the Mix
Shoppers and diners have a new spot to visit, as VSL Nail Spa is now open for business. This luxury boutique joins a growing roster of high-profile tenants at the southeast Huntsville site, including Free People, FP Movement, Ferren Boutique, and the fan-favorite Hattie B’s Hot Chicken.
Building Momentum
Wesley Crunkleton, principal at Crunkleton Commercial Real Estate, expressed enthusiasm for the project’s progress. "We’re excited to see continued momentum at Stadium Commons with these incredible brands now open to the public," Crunkleton said. "Breaking ground on phase two marks another major step toward delivering this dynamic, community-centered destination for Huntsville."
Coming Soon
The development is far from finished. Additional phase one tenants are slated to open throughout the remainder of the year. Among the highly anticipated arrivals is Juniper’s, a New American restaurant concept presented by Power Brands Hospitality Group.
Project Scope
Spanning 18 acres at 3312 S Memorial Parkway, Stadium Commons is designed to serve as a hub for both commerce and community. The site features a central open plaza and green space intended for live music, events, and programming. Upon total build-out, the project is expected to offer over 200,000 square feet of commercial space and will include a 145-room Hyatt Place hotel.
