Leasing and tours start at Huntsville’s new $375 million residential development
First residents to move in July 1 across from the Von Braun Center.
Huntsville's skyline continues its evolution as The Residences at Front Row officially kicked off residential leasing and on-site tours this week. This massive $375 million project marks a significant milestone for the downtown corridor.
Coming Soon to Downtown
The first wave of residents is set to move into the 2 Front Row building on July 1. Located directly across from the Von Braun Center on Clinton Avenue, this initial phase sets the tone for the luxury living experience promised by the development. The companion building, 1 Front Row, situated at the corner of Clinton and Monroe Street, is slated for completion in 2027.
Prospective tenants, including those with VIP priority access, are encouraged to book private tours through the leasing office or via the official website. For those eager to see more, detailed renderings and photos are available on the project website and via Instagram, with virtual tours coming in the near future.
Luxury at the Center of the Action
Spanning two buildings at 1 & 2 Front Row Blvd NW, the development will feature 545 luxury units. Residents will enjoy high-end, hotel-grade amenities, such as rooftop dining, a dedicated co-working floor, dual pool decks, a maker space, and a state-of-the-art sports simulator. Additionally, the project includes The Plaza at Front Row, an urban green space and retail hub connecting the buildings that is expected to open later this year.
"Front Row is a transformative address for Huntsville, and opening our doors to prospective residents is the moment we have been building toward," said co-developer Mitch Rutter. "The city’s downtown master plan is designed around this development, and the residents who choose to make Front Row their home will experience this evolution right outside their door."
Looking Ahead
This development is a collaborative venture between Essex Capital and Ascend Property Group, working alongside partners Silverstein Properties and Cantor Fitzgerald. While the current focus is on the initial residential phase, planning for the future phase of Front Row is ongoing. Rutter previously shared with 205focus.com that discussions are underway regarding potential build-to-suit office space, as well as the addition of a hotel and more retail options for the downtown area.
