Leasing and tours start at Huntsville’s new $375 million residential development
First residents to move in July 1 across from the Von Braun Center.
Huntsville is officially entering a new era of downtown living. The Residences at Front Row officially kicked off leasing and on-site tours this Tuesday, marking a major milestone for the massive $375 million project.
A New Standard for Downtown Living
Located at the corner of Clinton and Monroe Street, the development is set to change the skyline. The first wave of residents is scheduled to move into the 2 Front Row building on July 1. Construction at 1 Front Row is slated to wrap up next year, completing the two-building complex that features 545 luxury residences.
Future residents—including those with VIP priority access—can lock in a spot by scheduling a private tour through the leasing office or via the website. For a glimpse into the lifestyle, check out the project’s Instagram page for renderings and photos, with virtual tours expected to drop soon.
World-Class Amenities
Life at Front Row is designed to be high-end. Both buildings offer hotel-grade amenities, including dual pool decks, a sports simulator, co-working space, rooftop dining, and a specialized maker space for fabrication. Residents will also enjoy The Plaza at Front Row, an urban green space and retail hub slated to open later this year, bridging the gap between the development and the Clinton Avenue streetscape.
"Front Row is a transformative address for Huntsville, and opening our doors to prospective residents is the moment we have been building toward," said co-developer Mitch Rutter. "The city’s downtown master plan is designed around this development, and the residents who choose to make Front Row their home will experience this evolution right outside their door."
Looking Ahead
The project is a collaborative effort by a development team including Essex Capital, Ascend Property Group, Silverstein Properties, and Cantor Fitzgerald. While the current focus is on the debut of the residential buildings, plans for the future phase of Front Row remain in the works. Rutter previously shared with 205focus.com that the team is actively engaging with potential office tenants for a build-to-suit project, alongside ongoing discussions with city officials regarding a future hotel and expanded retail options.
