National fitness brand coming to Huntsville’s MidCity
There's a growing lineup of health and wellness offerings at MidCity.
Huntsville's MidCity District is bolstering its health and wellness footprint with a major addition. The national fitness brand barre3 is set to open its doors in the development late this summer.
A New Hub for Wellness
Located at 900 Mid City Drive NW, Unit C—right next to Franklin Spice Works—the studio will offer a unique, low-impact workout experience. By blending Pilates, cardio, strength training, barre, and mindfulness, barre3 aims to provide a balanced approach to fitness that prioritizes mobility and physical strength alongside intentional breath work.
Tailored to Every Body
At the core of the barre3 philosophy is the belief that fitness should be accessible and sustainable rather than one-size-fits-all. Every class offers personalized modifications, allowing clients to adapt movements based on their daily needs and comfort levels. Whether you are recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy, or simply looking to start a new fitness journey, the environment is designed to be inclusive and empowering.
“At MidCity, we’re committed to bringing experiences and businesses that support wellness, connection, and community,” said Nadia Niakossary, senior director of development at RCP Companies. “barre3 aligns perfectly with that vision by creating a space that is welcoming, empowering, and accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience.”
Joining the MidCity Community
The studio joins a rapidly growing lineup of retail, dining, and lifestyle destinations within the district. Amanda Deason, owner of barre3 Huntsville, expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming launch: “We’re incredibly excited to bring barre3 to MidCity, grow our community, and be part of such an energetic, growing area. We can’t wait to welcome both new and familiar faces into this next chapter with us.”
