Coming to District 31

First Watch is set to open its doors this Monday at 725 1st St. S., serving as a marquee addition to the Shoppes of District 31 development. The new 4,400-square-foot facility is designed with plenty of room, featuring seating for over 170 guests, a bar, and a covered patio for outdoor dining.

This location is part of the massive $242 million Shoppes of District 31 project. Other notable tenants joining this bustling center include Panera Bread, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Hollywood Feed, Chipotle, Cava, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Aspen Dental.

A Fresh Take on Brunch

With 640 locations across 32 states, First Watch is bringing its signature menu to Alabaster, including favorites like Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Million Dollar Bacon, Farmhouse Hash, and Avocado Toast. Guests can also enjoy a variety of salads and sandwiches, with the restaurant planning to introduce its first seasonal menu this fall.

To celebrate the grand opening, customers dining in from Monday, June 15, through Friday, June 19, will be treated to complimentary, unlimited Project Sunrise coffee with their meal.
