As consumer habits shift toward the convenience of dining at home, Chick-fil-A is officially leaning into the delivery-only trend. The fast-food giant is expanding its footprint with the launch of a new “ghost kitchen” concept in Florida, aimed at capturing the high demand for takeout and delivery.

A New Way to Order in Miami

Located in the vibrant Wynwood area of Miami, this facility is designed strictly for efficiency. Unlike traditional locations, this kitchen features no physical storefront and no dine-in seating. According to an article from 205focus.com, this marks the sixth ghost kitchen for the company and its first in the Sunshine State, operated in collaboration with CloudKitchens.

Menu and Operations

While the menu is streamlined compared to a standard restaurant, fans of the brand can still rely on core favorites. The kitchen services orders primarily through third-party platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats. Notably, while the breakfast offerings are limited, the Miami unit will keep the fan-favorite Chick-N-Minis available all day long.

If you are looking to get your fix, the location is open for business Monday through Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.

Commitment to the Community

For local operator Thomas Overby, the new model is about more than just speed; it is about accessibility. “We know how important fast and reliable delivery is to Wynwood, and we want to meet the community where they are while keeping our signature hospitality,” Overby said in a statement. “Being born and raised in Miami, serving this community is very special to me. Our new delivery kitchen location gives us the opportunity to serve the Wynwood community in a way that works best for them and gives me the privilege to deepen my connection with my hometown.”
